DELIVERY COSTS & TIME

UAE:

Free next-day shipping is available for orders 390 AED and above.

Next-day delivery for orders under 390 AED is 10 AED.

4-hour delivery options and pickups are available, please contact us to arrange.

Please note that we aim to deliver orders next-day but the standard delivery can take up to 3 days.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays in the UAE.

GCC:

DHL is our primary international courier partner. The delivery is express 2 days to Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. 2 to 6 days in Saudi Arabia depending on the city.

The delivery cost varies according to the weight of your order. The minimum charge for shipping is 39 AED and 89 AED maximum.

For bigger items such as Teqball tables, pool tables, ping pong tables and foosball or heavy weights, DHL by road is the preferred method for such shipments.
