RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We offer a 14-day free return policy provided the items are sent back to us in the original packaging, label, and tags, and make sure the merchandise is in the same condition. Ensure the following conditions are met for a smooth return process: 

• You can return your purchase for up to 14 days from the day it reaches your doorstep.
• Once the pickup request is initiated, customers will have a window of 3 business days to handover the item/order.
• Shipping fees and cash on delivery fees are non refundable.
• Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
• Return shipping is absolutely FREE.

One of our friendly drivers or shipping partners will pick up your purchase FREE of charge. Once your return is inspected by our fulfilment center, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 10 to 14 business days.
